  • Automatically (cookies, analytics tools, pixels when you browse)
  • Service providers that support hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, and customer support

4. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for the following purposes:

Essential — required for the Site to function (cart, checkout, login, security). These cannot be disabled.

Advertising (Browser-Based) — Google Ads Pixel and TikTok Pixel run in your browser to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on those platforms. These load only after you provide consent through our cookie banner, and may share your IP address, device identifiers, and browsing activity with the respective ad platform.

Advertising (Server-Side) — We also use Google's and TikTok's server-side conversion tracking (such as Conversions API / Enhanced Conversions), which sends limited order and visit information (such as hashed email or phone, IP address, and purchase details) directly from our systems to these platforms to measure ad performance. Because this occurs server-to-server rather than through your browser, it is not controlled by the cookie banner. You can limit this by opting out of targeted advertising as described in Section 10.

Affiliate Tracking — GoAffPro tracks which affiliate or creator referred your visit so we can attribute sales and pay referral commissions. This may involve a cookie or similar identifier tied to your visit and order.

Chat/Support — Shopify Inbox, to operate live chat with our support team. Shopify Inbox is provided by Shopify as part of our store's platform infrastructure (see Section 5A).

Non-essential cookies and trackers only load after you provide consent through our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent or manage preferences at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it as an opt-out of targeted advertising and sharing, as described in Section 10.

5. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We disclose personal information only as necessary for legitimate business purposes, including:

A. Platform Infrastructure

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which processes personal information to provide commerce-related services.

B. Service Providers

Including:

  • Payment processors
  • Fraud prevention providers
  • Customer support tools
  • Analytics services
  • Cloud hosting and data storage providers

C. Marketing and Advertising Partners

We work with the following partners, who may receive limited personal information for ad measurement, targeting, or affiliate attribution:

  • Google (Google Ads) — receives browser-based pixel data (subject to cookie consent) and server-side conversion data (such as hashed contact details, IP address, and purchase details) for ad measurement and targeting.
  • TikTok — receives browser-based pixel data (subject to cookie consent) and server-side conversion data (such as hashed contact details, IP address, and purchase details) for ad measurement and targeting.
  • GoAffPro — receives visit and order data to attribute sales to the referring affiliate or creator and calculate commissions.

Sharing with Google and TikTok for advertising purposes is treated as "sharing" under applicable privacy law. See Section 10 for your opt-out rights. Note that server-side conversion sharing is not affected by cookie banner choices, since it does not rely on browser-based tracking; you can limit it using the opt-out methods in Section 10.

D. Legal and Safety Purposes

To comply with law, protect users, prevent fraud, or respond to lawful requests.

E. Business Transfers

If the Services are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

F. Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services. In addition, to help protect, grow, and improve our business, we may use certain Shopify enhanced features (such as Shopify Audiences) that incorporate data from your interactions with our store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. For these enhanced features, Shopify is responsible for the processing of your personal information, including for responding to your requests to exercise your rights over that use. To learn more or exercise rights related to Shopify's own processing, visit the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at privacy.shopify.com.

6. MARKETPLACE OPERATIONS

  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce agreements

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and applicable requirements.

9. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Do not send sensitive information through insecure channels.

10. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access personal information
  • Request deletion
  • Correct inaccuracies
  • Request data portability
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or sharing

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: In the preceding 12 months, we have shared the following categories of personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising: identifiers (such as IP address and device identifiers) and internet/browsing activity. We do not sell personal information for money. You may opt out of this sharing at any time by clicking "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer, using the cookie preference center, or by sending a GPC signal from a supported browser.

Marketing Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in those emails. You may still receive non-promotional messages (order and account communications).

If you reside in the UK or European Economic Area, you may also have the right to:

  • Object to or restrict processing: Ask us to stop or limit our processing of your personal information for certain purposes.
  • Withdraw consent: Where we rely on your consent to process personal information, withdraw that consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Personal information may be processed in countries other than where you reside. Where required, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers from the EEA/UK.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
