Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BloxSupply.gg (the "Site") and any related services, tools, content, and support (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. INTRODUCTION; WHO WE ARE

1.1 Marketplace-Style Platform. BloxSupply.gg provides a platform that enables the offering and sale of Roblox-related digital items and services ("Digital Items"). Listings may be offered by (i) BloxSupply directly, and/or (ii) Internal Sellers (as defined below) that operate under BloxSupply's marketplace program.

1.2 Operator. The Services are operated by Prism Digital LLC ("BloxSupply," "we," "us," "our").

1.3 Contact. Support inquiries must be submitted through our support channel(s) listed on the Site.

1.4 Important Notice. Digital Items are subject to platform/game limitations and rules. Roblox/game rules can change at any time. Your ability to receive or use Digital Items may be impacted by factors outside our control.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1 "Account" means a user account registered on the Site.

2.2 "Buyer" means a user who purchases Digital Items through the Site.

2.3 "Seller" means the entity offering a Listing through the Site. "Seller" may include BloxSupply and/or an Internal Seller.

2.4 "Internal Seller" means a Seller that is operated, contracted, or administered within BloxSupply's internal marketplace program (including teams, operators, or affiliated selling operations). Internal Sellers may have separate operational profiles, inventory pools, and listing responsibility.

2.5 "Listing" means an offer to sell a specific Digital Item on stated terms (item type, method of delivery, delivery conditions, price).

2.6 "Digital Items" means Roblox-related virtual items, in-game items, skins, boosts, services, and other digital goods described on the Site.

2.7 "Transaction" means a purchase of a Listing by a Buyer.

2.8 "Third-Party Rights" means third-party copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and other proprietary rights.

3. ACCEPTANCE; ELIGIBILITY; MINORS

3.1 Acceptance. By using the Services, you confirm you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and all policies referenced on the Site (including the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy).

3.2 Eligibility. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

3.3 Minors. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent/guardian is responsible for your use of the Services, including purchases and compliance with these Terms.

3.4 Payment Authorization. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method used to place an Order.

4. MARKETPLACE ROLE; PLATFORM LIMITATIONS

4.1 Venue / Platform Function. The Site is a platform for Listings. BloxSupply may facilitate Transactions, provide support, and coordinate delivery.

4.2 No Control Over Roblox/Game Systems. BloxSupply does not control Roblox or any game developer's systems, rules, enforcement, cooldowns, trading restrictions, bans, or account limitations. These may affect delivery and usage.

4.3 Listing Responsibility. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of Listings, including item description, delivery method, and any restrictions.

4.4 Operational Assistance. BloxSupply may operationally assist with delivery (including executing or coordinating delivery steps) for efficiency and customer experience. Where BloxSupply assists, it does so as a service provider supporting Seller fulfillment processes.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION; SECURITY

5.1 Account Creation. Certain features may require an Account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

5.2 Security. You are responsible for all activity on your Account and for protecting your credentials.

5.3 Suspension/Termination. We may suspend, limit, or terminate Accounts if we believe you violated these Terms, attempted fraud, abused chargebacks/refunds, or created risk to the platform.

6. LISTINGS; SELLER OBLIGATIONS

6.1 Accuracy. Sellers must ensure Listings are accurate, not misleading, and deliverable as described.

6.2 Rights/Authorization. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their Listings and delivery processes do not violate Third-Party Rights or applicable law.

6.3 Prohibited Listings. Listings may not involve:

• fraud, misrepresentation, or unauthorized transactions;
• account theft, phishing, credential collection, or "account pulling";
• malware, exploit services, or platform abuse;
• content or activity prohibited by Roblox/game rules;
• any activity that creates legal or payment processor risk.

6.4 Availability. Sellers must remove or correct Listings that cannot be fulfilled.

6.5 Compliance. Sellers must comply with BloxSupply marketplace rules and operational standards communicated through the platform.

7. BUYER OBLIGATIONS; DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

7.1 Correct Information. Buyers must provide accurate delivery information (including correct Roblox username) and follow delivery instructions.

7.2 Cooperation. If delivery requires scheduling or specific actions, you must reasonably cooperate. Failure to cooperate may delay delivery or render the Transaction non-deliverable.

7.3 Platform Limits. Buyers acknowledge that trade limits, cooldowns, account restrictions, bans, or enforcement actions may prevent or delay delivery.

8. PRICING; PAYMENTS; FEES

8.1 Pricing. Prices are shown on the Site and confirmed at checkout. Prices may change at any time before you purchase.

8.2 Payment Processing. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By purchasing, you agree to comply with any processor requirements.

8.3 Fees. BloxSupply may charge service fees and processing-related fees reflected at checkout or in policy pages.

8.4 No Escrow. Unless stated otherwise, the platform does not provide escrow. Operational checks may still occur for fraud prevention.

9. DELIVERY; COMPLETION; PROOF

9.1 Delivery Method. Delivery methods are stated in the Listing (for example: automated delivery, in-game trade coordination, or other methods described on the Site).

9.2 Delivery Times. Any delivery time displayed is an estimate, not a guarantee.

9.3 Proof of Completion. We and/or Sellers may maintain records to verify completion (system logs, timestamps, confirmations, support records). You agree these records may be used to resolve disputes.

9.4 Wrong Username / Buyer Error. If you provide an incorrect Roblox username or refuse delivery steps, delivery may fail and may not be eligible for refund.

10. REFUNDS; CANCELLATIONS; DISPUTES

10.1 General Policy. Digital item sales are typically final once delivered. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and these Terms.

10.2 Non-Delivery / Material Misdelivery. If an item is not delivered or materially not as described, we may, consistent with our policies and applicable law:

• facilitate correction/redelivery; or
• issue a refund.

10.3 Platform Enforcement / Account Restrictions. Issues caused by Roblox/game enforcement, account restrictions, or platform changes are generally not refundable unless required by law or unless the Listing explicitly promised compatibility regardless of such restrictions.

10.4 Dispute Procedure. Buyers must contact support within a reasonable timeframe after purchase/delivery attempt. We may request evidence, cooperation, or additional information.

10.5 Chargebacks. Chargeback abuse may result in account termination and denial of future service. We may submit delivery evidence to processors.

11. FRAUD PREVENTION; RISK CONTROLS

11.1 Risk Screening. We may delay, cancel, refuse, or limit any Transaction for fraud prevention, compliance, or risk concerns.

11.2 Verification Requests. We may request additional confirmation (including identity or payment verification) where necessary for risk control. Failure to comply may result in cancellation/refund or account limitation.

12. USER COMMUNICATIONS; CONDUCT

12.1 Support and Communications. Communications must be truthful, relevant, and non-abusive.

12.2 No Harassment. Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward staff/users is prohibited.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

13.1 Our IP. The Site, branding, and content (excluding third-party marks) are owned by or licensed to BloxSupply.

13.2 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit Site content without written permission.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICES AND ALL DIGITAL ITEMS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOXSUPPLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that Roblox/game rules will not change.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

15.1 General. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOXSUPPLY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/DATA/GOODWILL.

15.2 Cap. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOXSUPPLY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A TRANSACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15.3 Seller Listing Responsibility. Sellers (including Internal Sellers) are responsible for Listing accuracy and fulfillment obligations described in the Listing. BloxSupply may assist administratively, but Sellers remain responsible for their Listings.

16. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BloxSupply and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• your misuse of the Services;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your fraud/chargeback abuse;
• your violation of Third-Party Rights or applicable law.

17. TERMINATION; SERVICE CHANGES

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time. We may suspend/terminate Accounts for violations, risk, fraud, or abuse.

18. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH BLOXSUPPLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR JURY TRIAL.

18.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except that this Section 18 (Arbitration Agreement) is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).

18.2 Informal Resolution First. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@bloxsupply.gg and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved this way.

18.3 Agreement to Arbitrate. If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and BloxSupply agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Services, any Transaction, or your use of the Site — including disputes about data collection, tracking, or privacy practices — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except as set out below. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be interpreted broadly.

18.4 Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver. YOU AND BLOXSUPPLY EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only, and an arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request must be brought in court, and all other claims remain subject to arbitration.

18.5 Small Claims Carve-Out. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies for that court's jurisdiction.

18.6 Arbitration Procedure. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. For claims under $10,000, BloxSupply will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees, unless the arbitrator finds the claim frivolous. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator and may be conducted by telephone, videoconference, based on written submissions, or in person in the county of your residence, at your election.

18.7 Right to Opt Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@bloxsupply.gg within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of Section 18's arbitration agreement. If you opt out, neither you nor BloxSupply will be required to arbitrate, but all other parts of these Terms, including the class action waiver in Section 18.4, remain in effect to the maximum extent enforceable.

18.8 Injunctive Relief Carve-Out. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

18.9 Venue for Non-Arbitrable Matters. For any matter properly brought in court (including small claims matters or if this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable as a whole), the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

18.10 Severability. If any part of this Section 18, other than the class action waiver in Section 18.4, is found unenforceable, the remainder of this Section 18 remains in effect. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable with respect to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) must be litigated in court under Section 18.9, and cannot be arbitrated on a class basis.

19. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

20. NOTICE OF NON-AFFILIATION

BloxSupply.gg is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation, Big Games, Uplift Games, or any other game developers.

BloxSupply.gg is an independent platform for digital skins and item sales.
