Shipping Policy

BloxSupply.gg sells digital items only. We do not ship physical products.

How Delivery Works

After purchase, your order is delivered through our Claim System. To receive your items, you must complete the claim steps shown on the order page, including:

  • clicking “CLAIM ORDER” (or visiting the claim page),

  • entering your Roblox username,

  • adding our delivery bot as a friend (when required),

  • joining the bot in-game to complete the trade (when required).

Delivery Time

Delivery depends on you completing the claim steps and on Roblox/game limitations. Most orders are completed quickly after you finish the claim process, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to:

  • trade limits/cooldowns,

  • account restrictions or privacy settings,

  • verification/security checks,

  • bot availability or technical issues.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for providing the correct Roblox username and completing the claim steps. If the username is incorrect, or you do not complete the required steps, delivery may be delayed or may not be possible.

Because all products are digital, there are no shipping carriers, tracking numbers, or physical delivery addresses.
